Terms & Conditions

A. For Regular Coupons:

1. You will need to show the E-mail that you got after spinning the wheel to the Hostess or the Supervisor at Rainforest Café Restaurant at Festival City Mall Branch.
2. You cannot sell this coupon for cash or transfer it to anybody else. Since the coupon is unique and it is linked to your Name and Email address. Our Hostess or the Supervisor will verify this.
3. This coupon must be claimed within a month of receiving an official coupon email from Rainforest Café.
4. The coupon is strictly for Dine-in only and not for the retail section.
5. Coupons can be redeemed ONLY ONCE.
6. The discount percentage cannot be clubbed to any other discounts.

 

B. For Free Meal:

1. You will need to show the E-mail that you got after spinning the wheel to the Hostess or the Supervisor at Rainforest Café Restaurant at Festival City Mall Branch.
2. You cannot sell this coupon for cash or transfer it to anybody else. Since the coupon is unique and it is linked to your Name and Email address. Our Hostess or the Supervisor will verify this.
3. This coupon must be claimed within a month of receiving an official coupon email from Rainforest Café.
4. The coupon is strictly for Dine-in only and not for the retail section.
5. In Free Meal, you are eligible to SELECT ONE: Appetizer, Soup/Salad, Main course (This includes Pasta, Main course, Seafood, Burgers & Sandwiches), Dessert (Only Cheesecake & Chocolate Diablo), and from the Drinks Section.

6. This is eligible to only one person. Additional orders will be charged.
7. Coupons can be redeemed ONLY ONCE.

 

NOT VALID ON WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
